Having no food on the table.
Having no access to clean water.
Not having your own bed to sleep in.
Not having somewhere you can call home.
Having no access to free primary and secondary education.
Having no access to free healthcare.
Not having any religious and political freedom.
Not having the freedom of thought, expression and speech.
In the West, we so often take all of these things for granted.
Yet this is the everyday reality for countless millions around the world.
Humanitarian Aid Relief Trust and Raleigh International work tirelessly to change the lives of individuals both here in the UK and across the globe.
